At first, please allow me introduce myself to you, I was born on october15th, 1982,it was four years ago since I graduated from WuHan University of science and technology in 2005.During this four years, I learned many knowledge that I can not acquire in my school life. In the spare, My favorite is drawing and watching TV programs, some time I want to read some interested stories. To learn more detail about my experience, I will enumerate my education background and experiences in the four years as below.
From 2001 to 2005,I study accounting of economic administration in WuHan University of science and technology. Simultaneously, I study English in new east school from March to June in 2004. At last, I acquired the managing bachelor in 2005.
I worked in an electronic corporation which created by Japanese (ShenZhen) as an accountant of accounts payable and latter as accounts receivable in my first career, my function is make the record of transaction about freight fees and land transportation expense and shipment charge and so on, because of our company business is very widely and many transactions is export to many countries including the USA and other 30 countries, so we need the same system to keep the consistence and synchronous that our managers and operators can obtain the important information to make the key decision in the first time.In this position, I mainly learned the new ERP system and responsible for our department ‘s some basic work , for example, I will record the transaction at first, then issue the check note, and record it in balance sheet in the general accounts report, frequently, I will summarize the total expenses accord to the supplier name and pay it out on 15th in every month.
My second work is in Johnson Electric as a financial analysis of injection division, during this period, My mainly work is financial control of production overhead against sales by monthly to avoid fluctuation & over budget, help special FA department to check the primary reason and detail of top ten expenses, and help leader to complete related control measures. Manage the asset of our division, including the incept asset and transfer asset or disposal asset Capex control on purchasing equipment & spare parts, attached the equipment which purchase price is lower in 10k HKD with the existing machine, and impel the business improve program process, help to prepare interrelated material for it and calculate the saving to reach the target, prepare the cockpit chart for week & month to reflect the DCT & QNCR & PPM & MU & Productivity, so as to our leader can torrent their energy take action, make related control measures, at last, prepare related information of operation review, point somewhere need to focus on, so as to our administrator can obtain more detail and more clear information in our production.
My current job is a cost accountant responsible for cost and fixed assets.recheck the salary,control the expenses,update the cost model,examine and approve the application of fixed assets,provide the prime cost and so on,all that are my daily work.the most important work is update the cost model, because it directly influence the inventory cost and the cost of work in process,the accurate cost compute is very important for our development stratagem.
